Guidance Notes for Nominations

1. Eligibility
   Nominees must be aged 18 or over and Hong Kong residents
   Candidates should be nominated by a third party
2. Important Dates
   Deadline for receipt of nominations April 20th 2009
   Notification of shortlisted candidates beginning of April 2009
   Final decision of judging panel end of April 2009
   
   Presentation of the Award will take place on Saturday 23rd May at the AsiaXPAT Ball to be held at the JW Marriott Hotel, Hong Kong. Finalists will be invited to attend the Ball, with the winner to be announced on the night.

   Tony Tyler (CEO, Cathay Pacific)
   Allan Zeman (Chairman, Lan Kwai Fong Holdings)
4. Final Award
   The judges decision and final award will be audited by an independent 3rd party
